Google 體驗小延伸，Google Now Launcher 現開放給 Nexus、GPe 裝置使用者下載

稍早 Google 正式在 Google Play 上發佈支援 Google Now 的新 Launcher 給 Nexus 5 以外的 Nexus 或 GPe（Google Play edition）Android 裝置使用，同時若版本為或已經升級到 Android 4.4 KitKat，現在即可透過 Google Play 下載安裝。
安裝完畢後，除了可以在首頁畫面（home screen）滑滑叫出 Google Now 之外，也可以語音輸入「OK Google」來叫出 Google Now 服務，不過僅限於在首頁畫面當中才能這樣操作；由於目前發佈僅延伸支援到其他 Nexus 及 GPe 裝置，所以原使用者下載後看到的改變可能沒想像中巨大，但至少這次加入了一些先前只有 Nexus 5 才有的桌布更換程式、更大的 App 圖示等。
假如將來 Google 願意將 Gogole Now Launcher 開放給更多版本 Android 裝置使用，就可以讓使用者除了原手機或平板製造商提供的 Launcher 外，有更多選擇，這也是眾多使用者衷心期盼 Google 能夠做出的改變，不過顯然 Google 暫時還沒打算這麼做。
